JayK considers having major influences on his love for electronic music and mixing today. He got into electronic music in the year 2003 when he first heard Paul Van Dyk's "Crush" and later bought his first electronic music compilation, Sasha's very own "Involver." His big influences today are James Holden, James Zabiela, Oliver Gregoire and Marc O'Tool.

JayK is famously known today for his online sets that have grabbed the attention of music lovers worldwide. His tech-house sets on Frisky Radio must have caught the attention of DJ Tarkan where the Turkish DJ asked him to showcase on his internationally syndicated Frisky Radio "No Smoking" show last March.
